Star Review " Amazing Service all around. They have the highest integrity and treat you like family. They only want the best for you and will not settle for anything less. This was my first major accident and I was very nervous. I got on the phone with Rob and he not only talked me through everything but once I came in I knew I was in great hands. Rob helped me through the entire process and went above and beyond. If you look up the definition of Customer Service you'll see a picture of Rob. Attitude reflects leadership and I can clearly see why this place has the best service. James/Jimmy is a class act, outstanding customer service and hilarious. The pandemic has made it hard for places like collision centers but Sonny's does the best with the opportunity - Honest and upfront about everything, what to expect, keep you updated and ensure that you are back on the road with an even better car! Star Review " My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the work Sonny's performed on our Nissan Rogue. This is our second time using Sonny's for collision repairs and I totally recommend them to anyone in need of Bodywork or any other work on their vehicles. Sonny's employees made us comfortable and they were able to put any concerns we had to rest. They noticed our vehicle had the airbag malfunction light on in our they trouble shoot and noticed the cable had be unplugged from under the driver seat. This saved us money as we were planning to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it checked out. Star Review " Third experience dealing with Sonny's Collision. I think pictures speak louder than words but as you can see, they are simply the best body shop around. Besides the impeccable attention to repairs and high quality paint work, the staff is always friendly and professional. I always deal with Bobby or Pat who pretty much do everything for you related to the claim process. I tell them all the little details and always think they will forget one or two things but when I went to pick up the car, EVERYTHING was taken care of as I requested. Thank you guys!!! "

Star Review " Outstanding all around. First, the repairs to our car are flawless. You would never know there was damage. Second, the customer service was outstanding. Pat and his team helped us understand and deal with the insurance company, arranged for our rental car, and kept in contact with regular updates. Even with the parts shortages many are experiencing, Sonny's finished the work quickly. They are my only choice for auto repair. Highly recommend. "

They also worked with my insurance and did the leg work for me. Everyone there is also very courteous and they give the car back with several gifts! My car was hit while parked by a postal service truck, Jimmy advised me in detail throughout the process, explained how to proceed with my case, they called to update me on the status of my car. Even with all the disaster of the pandemic they managed to obtain the parts that my vehicle needed quickly and effectively. They are Subaru certified. I could not be more happy and grateful with the service Jimmy and his excellent team gave me. Star Review " Sonny’s is honestly so amazing, I can’t imagine the service getting much better anywhere else. My car was unfortunately hit when it was parked and I didn’t feel 100 percent safe driving it so I called Sonny’s and they sent a tow as soon as they could. Once I got to the shop, Pat took great care of me. I was already in contact with my insurance company but he made some more calls to really get the ball rolling. He helped set me up with a rental car and I really appreciate how flexible they let me be with rental days (I was paying out of pocket for the rental because silly me didn’t have rental coverage on my insurance). Left the shop feeling confident that my car was in good hands. 4 weeks later I finally got my car back and it looks probably better than it did before the accident! Thank you Pat, Jimmy and everyone else at Sonny’s for the excellent service! I hope I don’t have to be back and you’ve gained a loyal customer here :) "
